3 ingredient gluten-free pancakes
I’m going to start a series named recipes for dudes in a rush.
It’ll consist of quick and easy recipes that I’ve kind of assembled and mutated in my own way. Will you end up here via a google search? Not likely. But I see myself getting questioned about these recipes whenever I post my cookings on the boys’ group chat, so why not post about them on my blog?
This is part 1. We have gluten-free oat pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of gluten-free oats
Preparation:
Throw it all together in the blender, mix it, and get them on the pan.
Yep, that’s all there is to it, I usually do about 8 or 9 pancakes at once, and store some of them in the fridge.
